Position: Senior Systems Architect / Analyst 
Location: Vancouver 
Post Date:  May 27, 2003 
Hire Date: Immediate 
Work Term: Initially 3 months (w/ up to 9 additional months)  

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
You will lead the design and development process with a keen understanding of our clients goals and objectives. You will develop and promote general software and database development standards and processes to ensure production of high quality software through all development phases. In addition to your exceptional design and development skills you will be a proven team leader.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 
-Management of development team
- Design the architecture and the processes of db software for development
-Conduct high level functional specification meetings
-Perform and validate the conceptual, logical and physical database design 
- Perform and validate the development, implementation and support of RDBMS 
-Provide definition for project plans and business cases
-Create development budgets and timelines
- Create functional specification documentation
- Monitor and supervise the work done by all delegates
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development methodology and standards to ensure quality software 


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 
University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 
* Minimum Experience Required
5 years - Systems Analyst including database modeling, UML design process and performance analysis
4 years - Java J2EE, JSP & XML programming
3 years - DB administration
3 years - Working with Unix/Linux operating systems
5 years - Conducting/leading client meetings 
5 years - Writing concise requirements documentation
Quality oriented, ability to develop and follow standards, and ensure quality assurance 

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 
* Minimum Experience Required
4 years designing, developing & integrating supply chain management and/or ERP systems

Position: Senior Interactive & User Interface Designer 
Location: Vancouver

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a senior designer you will drive the creative vision through innovation and your passion for design. You will be responsible for developing high-level design concepts and final designs which are aligned with the client's vision. You must thrive on leading brainstorm sessions and be skilled at delivering precise client presentations as they pertain to the creative vision of a project. 

REQUIREMENTS
3 years interactive design experience with supporting portfolio
• Excellent understanding of the latest web technologies
Excellent communication skills
• Ability to drive and be responsible for all creative aspects of a project
• Natural tendency for attention to the smallest detail
